The practice of Hatha Yoga, which uses the body as a vehicle for accessing spirit, can have profound effects on the mind and emotions as well as the physical body. The practice can create greater body flexibility, increased body awareness and an improved sense of well-being.

Hatha Yoga classes meet weekly for an hour and a half. The class structure includes: warm-up, postures, breathing and meditation. Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or mat and a pillow.
