30 – 120 Minutes | $50.00 — $170.00
Bamboo Massage
Warm sticks of hand-crafted bamboo are used to roll away tension, soothe and revitalize the body. Cool sticks are used in spot treatments to help reduce swelling and pain. Pressure can be applied deeply to effectively release trigger points (tight and tender spots) or to stretch muscle tissue to increase mobility and help muscles return to their normal length. The rounded shapes of the bamboo are often more comfortable than hands in sensitive areas.
Warm or cool, the bamboo is soothing and helps increase blood and lymph circulation to reduce stress and fatigue. Clients sensitive to heat find the warmth of bamboo soothing and not too intense.
Bamboo massage is an excellent choice for relaxation, muscle recovery for exercise and sports. It is also effective in relieving general muscle pain.
The bamboo massage techniques can be a stand alone treatment or incorporated into your personalized massage.
30 – 120 Minutes | $50.00 — $170.00
Couples Massage
For a shared holistic, healing experience, enjoy a couple’s therapeutic massage. Family, friends or couples receive their massages with their own individual therapist at the same time, in the same room. When scheduling you may specify a specific massage modality (i.e. Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, cranial sacral) for each individual. Consider adding a hot tub or steam room, prior to the massage, creating the opportunity to deepen your experience. A couple’s massage is a beautiful way to introduce the relaxing power of touch to a partner or friend who has never received a therapeutic massage.
Let us know if you’re celebrating a special occasion. We would be happy to add a few finishing touches to the space to honor your event.

Raindrop Therapy
Raindrop Therapy is an essential oil massage treatment incorporating the application of powerful antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory oils. The pure, therapeutic grade essential oils are applied along the spine from a height of 6-12 inches like drops of rain. The oils are gently feathered up the spine and rhythmically massaged over the rest of the back. A hot compress is then applied to facilitate oil absorption and muscle relaxation. Vitaflex, a foot reflexology technique is used to apply the same oils to the spine reflex points along the feet. Raindrop Therapy is often referred to as a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience which may allow your body to align, balance and heal itself. The essential oils used during Raindrop Therapy include: Valor, Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Cypress, Wintergreen, Marjoram, Peppermint and Aroma Siez.
Raindrop Therapy is offered as a one-hour treatment or it can be combined with a full body massage for an hour and a half service.

Amma Massage
Amma massage, traditional Japanese massage, dates back 5,000 years to the northern regions of China and the beginning of Chinese medical philosophy. The intention of the amma form is to facilitate and balance the flow of energy in the body. By improving circulation (i.e., Chi and its many manifestation such as blood, lymph and other body fluids), the amma techniques assist the body’s own healing mechanisms to operate more effectively.
The amma massage is designed to relax and rejuvenate the body, leaving the receiver feeling refreshed and revitalized. During the session, the client wears loose clothing and lies on a massage table. Amma massage is very rhythmic, characterized by a four beat rhythm. The prescribed sequence, called a kata, also incorporates gentle stretching. Therapists rely heavily on the tsubo or acupressure points, together with the 14 major meridians or channels of energy that emerge from the patterns created by the pressure points. In general the primary contraindication for amma massage is anything related to pregnancy.
