Alexander Technique
Alexander Technique is a proven approach to self care, a method where people of all ages can learn to improve skill and relieve the pain and stress caused by everyday misuse of the body. Learn more… Lessons usually last one hour and the client will be fully clothed, working with a chair or on a massage table. Clients are encouraged to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that will allow freedom of movement as you sit, stand, walk and lie down.

Brennan Healing Session
Brennan Healing Science is a sophisticated healing method that centers on the energy consciousness system. Dis-ease is the creation of imbalance and dysfunction in the human energy field. Habitual patterns of negative emotions and thoughts break down the energy flow to the physical body. Reconnection®
Give the gift of Reconnection®, and start a loved one on their way to fullness of being. Our gift certificate bundles two 30 to 60 minute sessions and prepares the recipient for a Personal Reconnection®. Experiencing reconnective energies will connect us to the earth’s gridlines, enable spiritual and evolutionary advancement, increase vibratory levels for healing and personal development and enhance and fuel renewal functions of the body.

Reconnective Healing®
The Reconnective energies are initiated by a Reconnective Healing Practitioner, reconnecting us to the fullness of the universe as it reconnects us to the fullness of our beings and of who we are. Learn more… There are two ways to experience the Reconnective energies:
- Reconnective Healing® sessions last 30 to 60 minutes and one to three sessions are normally recommended.

Reflexology
Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the foot, hands, and ears that correspond to other parts of the body. Learn more… Sessions last either 30 minutes or sixty minutes. Clients are asked to remove shoes and socks and lie on a massage table. The clinician applies thumb and finger pressure to the reflex points on both feet.

Reiki Session

Guidelines for Scheduling Complementary Therapies
Harmony Farm can accommodate your special needs from limited mobility to health restrictions. Any relevant information that you are comfortable providing during the scheduling process will assist us in creating your personalized experience. Robes, towels and slippers are provided for your comfort. We ask that you not bring alcohol onto the premises.
We encourage you to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, begin to relax and allow yourself time to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Late arrival may necessitate rescheduling of your appointment. Full payment is expected for missed appointments without 24 hours notice, so please do give us a call.
All new clients are asked to complete a medical history prior to receiving a service at Harmony Farm. A downloadable medical history form is available for your convenience.
Payment is due at the time you receive your services and can be made directly to your healing arts professional via cash or check.
