Classes That Make A Difference
Classes in yoga and tai chi are very popular at Harmony Farm. So are our facilitator-led meditation circles. Or try our new courses in pilates and belly dancing. For those who seek to achieve balance in a hectic world, resources like these can make a meaningful difference in life.
Pre-registration for all of our classes is encouraged to ensure your space. You may register via this website, give us a call (937.667.8311) or stop by and we will take care of the details.
Although registration is not required if you are going to drop-in for a class; we do recommend all guests call to confirm time and location prior to arriving at Harmony Farm.
1st Thursday of each Month
The focus of the Meditation Group is to create a space for silence and stillness in our lives while blending that with a time for personal sharing, support and community. This will be a time to step out of the energies and consciousness of our everyday lives and make room for a deeper connection with our source.

Tai Chi is a practice of harmony. Three levels of harmony are focused on: self, others and the universe. The two dimensions of meditation and defense are entwined in the study of tai chi. In addition qigong, which gathers “chi” energy into the body, will be taught to enhance the general health of participants.
