New Hopes, New Dreams, New Ways

New hopes, new dreams, new ways.
I open up my eyes and I open up my mind and
I wonder how life will surprise me today.
Isn’t that how we start our new year? Early in the new year we ask ourselves, do I have new hopes, new dreams, new ways? We shift our consciousness to our inner witness, opening our eyes, our mind, to our inner longings. We become very honest with ourselves, revealing what we might otherwise have pushed to the background. By setting our sights on new goals and aspirations we set our intentions for the new year.
Brennan Healing Science is a healing method that supports honesty of the self. It’s an energy healing method of laying on of hands to clear, charge and balance the human energy field. There is one particular Brennan healing skill that stands out to me each January of the new year. It is called a Hara Healing.
The Hara line is the foundation of intentionality. Everyone has an energetic Hara line that runs through the center of their body. When this Hara line is distorted we may have split intentions, a feeling of division with certain issues, keeping us from feeling fulfillment in life. Our hidden intentions may be focused on not completing certain ambitions even when we outwardly say the opposite. When we are able to see our displeasure with certain aspects of our life, there is a high likelihood that we have a distortion in our Hara line.
A Hara healing aligns, clears, and charges the Hara line. It allows life to be effortless, bring into fruition the longings that one desires. A person who has received a Hara healing will be in alignment with her/his life purpose. It strengthens a person’s Hara so the person can feel the grace of ease in life restoring one into harmony.
